Each knitted wire name, word, or shape is made to order. As such, no returns or refunds will be offered.

Please also double check the spelling of all custom name orders, as names will be made as entered when the order was placed.

 

Faulty Items

Oh dear! If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the item and a brief description of the fault. We'll then work with you to resolve any issues as soon as possible. 

 

Please note

As all knitted items are handcrafted, each piece will be unique and slight variances in height or shape may occur. We try our best to represent true colours and shapes in our photos, however please note these may appear different in person compared to on screen.

Wire is used to create the shape of your name, word or shape. If this wire should poke out during transit or at any other time, you can hide it by gently adjusting the knitted cord to conceal the wire. (This wire has been curved at the ends so there are no sharp edges.)
